PLEASE NOTE:This release has many changes if upgrading from F2C 6.16. PLEASE BACKUP before upgrading!! It is for for Joomla 3.8 and above!

If updating from F2C 6.15 or below PLEASE UPDATE to 6.16 FIRST. This is an extra precaution that the upgrade to 6.17.x goes smoothly.
